Oak Hill Farm, located in Pepperell, MA, is situated on 17+ tranquil acres in a picturesque location at the end of a private drive. Conveniently located near the town center, the facility is easily accessed from Routes 111, 113, and 119. We provide personal care, catering to the specific needs of your horse, including unlimited, high quality hay; Poulin grains fed 3x per day; abundant shavings; individual turnout; a resident barn manager; and night checks. We welcome boarders of all levels and focus, from the recreational rider to the serious competitor. Our boarders include dressage riders, instructors, and trainers through Grand Prix as well as nationally-ranked competitors in reining.

The modern, well-maintained facility offers numerous amenities:

• Two barns (an Upper Barn and an Indoor Arena Barn) providing a total of 23 stalls, all rubber matted with full walls between them and bedded with abundant shavings. In the Upper Barn, there are nine spacious 12 x 14 stalls, each with an attached individual run in, and three 11 x 11 stalls, each with windows. The Indoor Arena Barn has eleven 11 x 12 stalls, each with windows. Both barns are light and airy, each featuring a hot and cold water wash stall and access to separate tack rooms. Each boarder in the Upper Barn also has an individual locker complete with a saddle rack and storage area.


• A 72 x 170 foot Indoor Arena with a short-side complete with six, 6 x 8 foot mirrors and a viewing area.


• A fenced 100 x 200 foot Outdoor Arena beautifully bordered by fields and forests. Both arenas are groomed daily.


• Individual turnout provided in a variety of paddock sizes. Grass pasture turnout is also available.


• Direct access to conservation land and trails from the facility.


• A lounge area with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker providing a place to relax and catch up with other boarders. A heated bathroom and shower is also provided for boarders' and trainers' convenience.


• Space available for convenient, on-site storage of horse trailers.


• Access to a secure, interactive, web-based scheduling tool, available to all boarders and staff 24 hours/day, to view the daily lesson and special event schedule.
